Was that running a bar with my wife

In my hometown where the main product sold was wine

I thought it would be nice to be able to give customers

A choice of a variety of dishes

People liked so much this new way to prepare and pair wine and food

In a few months my bar became very crowded

This was a satisfaction for me, a good business

That was my great experience and I felt very very proud of myself

We also got a award for the best restaurant of the year in my region in 1990
